Kings Crossings to Hell You Will Never Want to Return to This Kingdom

My Nightmare began on April 15,1996 When I moved into The Kings Crossings.

I was recently divorced because my credit was not perfect I paid 7 months in advance.

I kept my vow and paid my rent early there after.

Up until the day I moved out Nov. 30.

The Proprty Manager Melodie Keller insisted I paid an increased payment of $739.00. For all of Dec. 2000. Prior to Nov. 30 my rent was set$650.000.

I was granted this rate partly because I was never late with a payment. I kept every receipt to prove it!

When I left Kings Crossings I was completly paid up through Dec. 30.

I throughly cleaned my apartment. I handed the keys to Melodie Keller Asked if she wanted a final walk through.

She just growled at me and told me she would when she had time.

Five months later I get a letter from Dave Black with Pierce Hamilton & Stern.

I WAS BEING SUED for $235.00. For What? No one could tell me! I responded to his letter immediatly.

With no resaults! To make things worse it showed up on my credit report!

I had to pay these assholes! $235.00 at escrole so I could buy my house 2 Yrs. After the fact!

My lender explained thats how the rental properties make their money-By ripping off previous renters! DO Not Rent from these people I Know several people who have been sued by them once they moved out!

Important facts! The walls are like paper I never knew if my phone was ringing or theirs.

Too many roaches! Yuck! No school bus for elementry kids so they had to cross Lake Meade Blvd. On their own.

Their security gates never work! Our mail box was vandalized I had to wait in line at the post office for hours for three months till they fixed the mail box.

The crime is to high in this area! So take my advice This is one Kingdom you dont want to cross into!
