Ripoff America extortion maybe RICO act might get them

Ok they had me for a year I cancelled they still billed my credit card. I closed the credit card acct. They can no longer bill me, they threatened me I proposed to take them down by changing, modifiyng the contract law that applies to them, since I believe that their practices if not are very close to extortion and fraud. Which are criminal acts. They sent my acct to collections with Anderson, Crenshaw & Ass. LLC.

They tried to contact me by phone I did not take phone calls and after the first call I went to one of many Fair Debt Collection Practices (FDCPA) web sites where you can download form called Notice to Cease Communications filled it mailed it to collection agency.By certified mail with return reciept. That stoped the harasment. Now I will try and contact several media services and see if one of them will take them. Go to a legislator see what can be done, go to District attorneys. Sue them see if there are enough Protect America riped off people that would like justice and file a class action suit. Find everything I can about Protect America, the founder has race cars he races on dirt tracs, dont think his fans would be too happy about his buss. Practices. He is in several Better Buss Beuros as not doing buss in a very ethical way. Anybody want to join me. Post here.
