Ripoff, never delivers on time, DirectBuy stupid company, UCC TotalHome stupid company

I ordered their Barnburner 7 collection in July through DirectBuy aka UCC TotalHome. Its now October 4 and I was told 4-6 weeks for it to be delivered. I was not informed that it would take longer than the 6 weeks, I also was not told that I would have to arrange for the furniture to be picked up because Vaughan-Bassett apparently can't afford to have their truck deliver my furniture to, oh MY HOUSE!

I just moved into a new place, and not having any furniture makes it very difficult. When you purchase through DirectBuy aka UCC TotalHome, you can cancel your order, but you won't get a refund!

Both companies need to be shut down! But only after everyone gets either their furniture in great condition, or a total and complete refund!
