Is one scam

I requested live tomato pine crops in March 06 from Gardners Option, Hartford, Mich. They cashed my check, and the crops were never received by me. I have tried calling numerous occasions, plus their phone is not answered by them. I have sent emails and people have gone unanswered likewise. I unearthed that they didn't restore their business, and examined using the Van Buren County Worker in Paw Paw, Mi. Given that they definitely promote seems like an incident of scam.
