Gardeners' Choice Sent dead tomato plants, ripped me off, will not contact you back

We ordered Giant Tomato plants that were suppose to grow or your money back. Well we have sent 8 emails and have called them for 3 weeks with no answer. I finally found corporate phone no and called them today (269-621-2447) and told them about my problem, they said they would send my refund back to me in 7 to 10 days. We will see. DO NOT order from this company it is a rip off.
