Ripoff dishonest never received product charged my account monthes ago

On 04-17-06, I order ProSeal. Thers was an offer of a free steamer with a additional charge for the attachments. I purchased them both. I did not pay the extra cost to have it shipped faster.

On aprox. 06-10-06 I received the steamer (Invoice dated 06-06-06). On 07-14-06 I called 800-716-9658 to inquire the status of my order. I was told by (Trish) to wait 1-2 more weeks. On 08-02-06 I called and spoke to (Trish) and she said it was mailed 04-18-06. I told her this was unacceptable and that I felt this was a scam and I want to know when I will receive my paid for product. She said it must have been lost in the mail and would sent out another one. On 08-09-06 I called agin and (Trish) said it was mailed. I asked to speak to the her supervisor, she said she is the supervisor, so I asked to speak to someone else higher than her. She put me on hold and said he was busy and that he (Nas Koshy) would call me. To date I have not received any calls.

On 08-21-06 & 08-22-06 & 08-23-06 I called the 800-716-9658. There is a recording to call customer service at 800-716-8667. Upon calling each day 3 times the same incident occured. I was on hold for over 20 minutes, then a busy signal, then the call hung up on me.
