Ordered a dishwasher online. Recieved one that looked like it was thrown off a truck. Didn't accept delivery.
After multiple calls to them got big run around. Filed a dispute.
This company will not let you cancel once they have access to your credit card. They are rude once you finally get to talk to someone on the line, they will bully you and say they have attorney's and you will be sued for all the money they are out, and they will outright lie to your face.
Their whole goal is to get a credit on your card. If you get a dispute and charges are taken off, they will still try to charge you a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping fees if there is a cancellation!!! It is a headache to deal with the credit card company, but do everything you can do to get everything taken off.
