Ripoff fraudulent apraisals over priced homes poorly built

I bought a home with Transeastern and my circumstances changed half way through the build, I had to relocate. They wouldn't give me back my 10% deposit.

A lawyer told me that the only way out way if I couldn't get financing from the builders 'approved' lender, due to the house being over priced. Their appraiser showed a value of $804k for the home!!! I had an independent appraiser value the home and it came in $120k less than theirs!

I spoke with Liberty mortgage (the 'approved' lender) and Jim Puero told me it didn't matter and he wasn't going to show my appraisal to the end lender, he wouldn't tell me who the end lender was either.

He also told me to "keep it quite" that I was going to have to sell the house as soon as I bought it, same thing happened when I told the Title company that is also owned by Trans Eastern.

Do not buy any home from Trans Eastern Homes... Ever they are liars, cheats frauds, they have communities all over Florida so watch out!!!
