Charged twice for one product. Making no progress with credit. Ripoff

I ordered the Pro-seal kit in March of this year.in April I noticed my bank card had been charged again for the same amount to Pro-seal. My first phone call to them I was instructed that they mistakenly processed a second order. They said I would receive a second product (which I never did) and I should send it back for credit.

Since that time I have made no fewer than 10 calls to Pro-seal to find out about a credit and each and every time I get a different story as to why the credit has not gotten to my bank account. First it was "It should be issued", then it was "We had a computer issue", "It has been issued", "We're not sure why you haven't gotten it yet", and the latest one as of today is "We'll put in an investigation to see why you haven't recieved it yet".

I have spoken with the head supervisor and have left my phone number for the manager to return my call but to this date I have had no one return my call or offer any firm date as to when the credit will be recieved.
