Construction buyers beware! Ripoff! Dishonest sales reps!

We had recently purchased a rock saw to cut large boulders with from Rock Tools Inc, when they delivered the saw it was on a flatbed truck with a trailer (first bad sign) the sales rep tried to hit on our secretary, (second bad sign) then when the equipment was malfunctioning we called they picked it up on the "truck" again took it to Colorado for weeks they sent it back and it still didnt work we sent it back to them. They called told us to have CATERPILLER do a oil sample we did, no problem oil sample was clean, they have the equipment they did their own oil sample now it is contaminated. They used different oil, the oil sample they sent us we CANT READ. They are liars and schemers, their employees are non knowlegable. Do not buy anything from them you will be sorry!!!
