Purchase a non performing Kenmore 10 Seer cooling System ripoff

I purchase a cooling system for my home on May 18. It was installed two week later. Unfortunately the air is not circulation on the second floor. I call Sear on several occasion, they final send the installer out to my home and which he made no adjustment that corrected the problem.

I made five calls and finally the salesman visited our home on July 25th and stated that we should purchase a new furnace. He is the one that initiated and sold the system to us. He inspected and evaluation our home and should have know the amount of Seer it would take to make the air flow thru out the house correctly. The Salesman at Sear is trying to rip us.
