Pools And Spas ripoff took $1850 for pool repair. He did not do. Did not live up to his written contract

He promised to repair pool leak quickley and efficently. Contracted with him on May 21. Two months later no repair. He is a real crook.
This became a nightmare. We paid him $1850 to do the repair. Finally brought another company in.in less than a hour the pool was fix. They charge me $228 for repair. I have contacted the B.B.B. Office. Also the atterney generals office. I called the tv stations and will take him to small claimes court.
