Going on day 29 without A/C in July in Ga

My A/C went out last month and on that day I called and set up app. For the following week (the soonest they had). Needless to say we have heard every excuse in the book from sick repair men, loose wire can't work on, didn't come to house at app. Time called and we didn't answer so didn't bother driving the x-tra 5 miles to see, and on and on...

Reading all of the other complaints posted is like living the past 28 days all over again. I have a 2 year old little girl that I have to try to find a place to stay, and a dog that is having to stay somewhere else also. Have missed 7 day's of work sitting in a hot house usually for no one to show. Spending hours on the phone with promise after promise and not once have I gotten a return call! I would love to take some kind of action againt these people... I'm in for whatever...
