Rebate ripoff fraud

My ripoff is simply a case of rebate fraud. I bought a X3 Laser Level at lowe's for $20 back in December.

I sent for the rebate in January. I recently called Strait Line on 7/13 at 9:30am.

I asked about my rebate which I had not received in over 6 months. The csr named pat told me there was no information of my rebate on file.

I offered to fax the information which I had over to her. She said that I could not.

I then asked to speak with a supervisor. She said that I could not speak with a supervisor. She told me there was nothing she could do.

She didn't even say anything when I told her I would be contacting every regulatory agency I could get ahold of. This does not bode too well for Strait Line as a company.
