Rebate ripoff stall game is fraud

I purchased a phone in August that came with a $150 loyalty rebate. Well, you have to wait at least 180 days to submit the rebate & then are told to allow an additional 10-12 weeks to receive your rebate. I waited the 180 days, mailed my rebate, and now its been over 4 months and still no rebate check!!! This is unacceptable! I am contacting both the BBB as well as my Attorney General!!!
