Ripoff contractor con artist takes your money and leaves you hanging

All I wanted was to get a frame around my window fixed this contractor came to my house said he would do the work starting the following week. I gave him a 60.00 down payment to get the work started five weeks went by and my window is still not fixed and he won't give back my money it's only 60.00 but it's my money he did nothing and i want it back.

I filed this report to protect other people from people like him. His name is bill I don't know his last name because he never wrote it down. I hope this helps someone not to make the same mistake I made. Stay away from kpr restorations. He lies and takes your money.
