On 5/29/06 I ordered pool supplies totalling $436. They charged my credit card immediately for the goods. I called a number of times to check on status of order. Finally on 6/12 I was informed that item is on backorder and they don't know when it will come in. I asked them to reimburse my credit card and please bill me when it ships. I was advised to simply cancell order. I did cancel it. Yet they still havent reimbursed me. Stay away from this company. They take your money.
