Ripoff lies dishonesty thieves Bethel Heights -Springdale

Recently we went to look at the mobile homes offered by Moms. They (the homes) were very nice. When we started talking about the financing, my husband told them he had a couple glitches on his credit report. Then the scamming began.

We were told by our sales person, Donna Grizzle, that there are 118 laws against putting anything negative on a credit report. She said that they offer credit assistance trough CRS. She said that they have 8 lawyers who work for them to remove negative items. She then said that once the negative items are removed, it moves the credit standing to platinum. Sounded good so far.

She then said that it cost $600 individually or $995 for a couple. Damn, we thought. But the more she kept talking, the more it sounded great.

To shorten it, we purchased it for my husband, $600. We left the "pay to the order of" on the check blank. (we got a copy) He had to fill out an information form.

We received our info pack in the mail from CRS. The lady's name was Anita Howard. Funny, we thought, the mobile home managers names is Bryan Howard. We dismissed it at first. We filled out the information and mailed it like the instructions said.

And to shorten it again, we were screwed. We got our bank statement in the mail and saw where our check for CRS was made out to Bryan Howard. Just as we suspected. I wonder how much of the 600 that Donna Grizzle received.

We have since filed a complaint with CRS and Anita Howard. Certified mail with copies of everything, including the check copies. She does not return phone calls. She does not answer the phone. Bryan Howard is always out when we call Moms.

My advice to everyone in the area — DO NOT DEAL WITH MOMS MOBILE HOME OR CRS OR BRYAN HOWARD OR ANITA HOWARD.

I have found out that Moms has had 2 complaints within the last 3 yrs. One for sales and one for service. Amazing, huh?!?!? These people make me sick. Taking advantage of someone who is in need of help.

I have given CRS and Anita Howard 9 days to return our money or off to small claims and the BBB.
