Contracted to build a home with Len Hart in 2002. Construction took 8 months longer than contract and went over budget by 30%. Multiple problems of negligence in building, leaking roof, contractor changed foundation and framing plans to system that failed to support house properly. Structural columns fitted so poorly mfr. Voided warranty. Mr. Hart refused to honor warranty to repair most items forcing us to file suit.
