I special ordered a set of bath faucets at Lowe's to fit the Jacuzzi I had bought there. Dan was sent to assist me with this monumental task. As Dan proceeded to explain to me that he was an electrician and not a plumber, I knew I was in for the long haul.

Dan finally got all the information together and placed the order on line, reguesting a 16 day delivery window. I asked for a 10 day delivery window at which time Dan said it didn't matter as they would send it when they got it. This sounded really flakey and so I went up to t6he front and asked to speak to a manager.

This was when I was when Catherine, the ZONE mgr. Came into the "game". She looked at the order and said Dan had not only messed the order up, but had used the wrong program so the order was not valid...

Cathrine and I returned to the plumbing section where she proceeded to tell Dan how badly he had screwed up my order and didn't seem to care that I was there.
After this Catherine placed my order without asking me anything. I told her that what she had just ordered was notwhat I wanted. She explained to me that I didn"t understand.

I told her that I had a choice of handles and she did not order the ones I wanted.

Cathrine canceled that order as well as the order that hah been placed by Dan. She then ordered the faucets that I wanted with the correct handels. No problem, they will be here in 10 days.

10 days later I called and was told that they had a problem as the order had not been properly placed so there was no faucets for me to pick up.

I went to Lowe's and saw Cathrine who assured me that she was ordering them for over night delivery which would only take three days???

Three days come and go, I call and ask for Cathrine but it is her day off, so I ask to speak to the mgr. I am told he has gone home? So I ask who is running the zoo while the monkeys are away / I am put on the line with "WALLY" acting mgr. Hey what did you expect? Wally told me not to worry as he was sure my contractor had other jobs to work on while they checked on my faucets. But I could call and ask to speak to CINDY?

I called and asked to speak to Cindy but no one knew a Cindy so I got to speak to 'JOHN' plumbing dept. Mgr. Who said he had been gone for 6 weeks but was going to have a meeting with everyone involved and "GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS" but I would just have to be patient until my faucets arrived.

Next day I went to Lowe's and asked for my faucets and was told they don't accept deliveries on the weekends so thoes days don't count when you are figuering days for over nite delivery?

I was asked by Cathrine why I didn't talk to Cindy? I told her nobody knew Cindy when I called. She got on the phone and I heard her say "Cindy I want you to come up to the front and talk to Mr. - s. I WAITED 12 MINUTES— an older man came up to me and said are you MR. - S? I said yes but not the one you want as I am waiting on Cindy, and you don't look like her.

He said he was JOHN! So to cut this short I got mad and John and I went back to the display and took some faucets for my contractor to use until mine arrives. What a load of crap this whole Lowe's crew is... Lies, incompentence, inexperienced, backstabbing.insensivtive and defenitely not customer oriented.
