All Pro Service ripoff performs shoddy work not up to code refuses to return calls

All Pro Service, Inc. Was referred to me by my home buyers insurance, First American — a company with over 150 complaints listed at this site and several at the Better Business Bureau's site, as well. After the plumber did a decent job bringing my gas valves (on April 25) up to code, I had him do some additional plumbing work for me. That work (on May 2) involved moving a recently installed water heater on an open work permit, some fine work done by All Pro Service Company, Arlington, TX.

On May 9, the Denton City water heater inspector cited several places where it failed to satisfy code — mostly issues having to do with adequate clearance and contact between dissimilar metals. The original company (All Pro Service Company, Arlington) refused to make corrections on work done by another plumber. They filed a complaint with the City of Denton against All Pro Service Inc. For performing work on their open permit.

All Pro Service, Inc. Returned my initial call on May 9 and said they would make the necessary repairs on May 11. They never showed up and have not returned any of my calls since then. After 30 days and 12 unreturned calls, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and at this site.

I would strongly urge anyone to avoid All Pro Service, Inc. I would also strongly urge anyone to avoid First American Home Buyers Insurance.
