Ripoff Blackmail Misrepresentation Fraud Liars Jackasses

Went to Jubilee Homes to have my dream home built. Was told to use GMAC because they paid the company the way they wanted to be paid. Went to appointment to finalize plans and was told that if I did not obtain new financing through Headland National Bank that they would not build my dream home. All this happened three days prior to the closing with GMAC. Went to the closing and obtained the financing through GMAC that I was originally told to go too, but the owner Peyton Thomas of Jubilee Home Builders in Dothan, Alabama told me that because I did not abandon the original financing through GMAC and use Headland National Bank he would no longer build my dream home.
