Ripoff dishwasher rebate

Home Depot in Melbourne, Fl advertised a $20 gift card for the dishwasher I purchased in 2005. When I bought the dishwasher I ask for my gift card and was handed a form to send for a rebate.

I carefully filled out the form in accordance with directions. Some weeks later I received an email stating I did not qualify for the following reasons all of which were not readable.

I wrote the store manager and never received a reply. I will never shop at Home Depot again.
