Four Star Air Duct Cleaning
Said he would come back, guarentee for 5 yrs. And never returned calls when I called for him to return

May 11, we had our air ducts cleaned and the man said that it was guranteed for 5 years and all we had to do was to call him to come back out. I started calling every work day for almost 3 months (Oct., Nov., Dec.) and he never returned any of my calls. He only has an answering service. I even called his home (440-585-4503) several times and talked to his wife and she said she would give him the message to call me back, and he never did.

We paid $389.00 by check, and I have the cancelled check. His name is Joe Santavicca and it's his business. No address is listed in the phone book only phone number. I've called the BBB and they were going to send me out a form to fill out and I never received it. I've called the BBB back several times before they were supposed to be closed and all I getis a machine saying that they are closed. All I want is satisfaction of getting my air ducts cleaned again like he had told us. Unfortuneatly, I don't have his gurantee in writing.
