Windstorm Vacuum ripoff they take your money and give you no way to contact them, email address is bad, phone number disconnects you

After 5 weeks I decided to contact regarding the status of my order. The message said to hold or for faster service to email. After about half an hours of holding, it says to email them at customercare@stormvac.com and hangs up on you. This is 30 minutes of valuable cell phone air time they wasted. THEN, all of my emails have been returned as failure to deliver - bad addresses.

Now I see all of the complaints, and am just waiting in fear for them to take more money from my account. They took the first payment right away, but I haven't received the product or been able to contact anyone. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to contact them?
