Lazor Storm Vacuum ripoff took the money and ran

July purchased through the mail the Singer Lazor Storm Vacuum after watching an infamercial. Being it was a Singer and a name you can trust we sent our money in. Still to date we do not have our sweeper or a refund.

Emails do not get answered, phone calls you are either on terminal hold or it rings forever. Even writing letters you get no response.

Singer should be held accountable as there name is on it. When the product was first introduced it was listed on their web page, about two months later is was removed. I too think a class action suit is in order.
