NAPERVILLE BASEMENTS ripoff, dishonest, faudulent billing, incompleted work, left safety hazard

The company was hired to put in a laminate wood floor in my kitchen and replace existing metal railings in kitchen and stairway with wood rails all on the same day so there was no safety issues because I have 2 samll children.

The floor was installed and the railing removed. The floor installation was not professional nor was the salesman with whom we were dealing with. He was very dishonest and made promises that he just never kept. They called us the next morning (after we were left with out a railing in the 2 level of the home), just to tell us that they were bailing out of the contract and were not going to install the railings.

Just before telling us that, New Carpet Now Inc. Charged the remaining balance on my credit card without my approval. The manager is not truthful and in no way helped us in this situation.

I strongly advise no one to use this company as you will not be happy with the people or their work.
