Not honoring their home warrranty service contracts Ripoff

This company was recommended to me by my real estate company when I bought the house and I had occassion to use them twice as the appliances in the home we bought were original to the house which is 20 years old. This company has taken over 2 months to get the service calls handled, they have very few repairmen they contract out to and they are unwilling to go outside these contracts to serve their customers. My microwave/oven combo broke and needed to be replaced, per the repairman, because repair wasn't feasable due to the age of the unit and they spent weeks trying to locate a twenty year old part for it. I never received a call from them explaining what they were doing, I had to do all the calling to find out what was going on. When they couldn't get the part they decided to replace the unit and the only one they offered me wouldn't fit in the opening the old one was installed in. The opening would have had to be enlarged so much that only 1/4 inch of the cabinet would be left bordering each side. The only other option they had was to cash out for an amount that wouldn't cover the price of the correct unit for the space. Then my trash compactor broke and it took them over two months to get someone out to look at it, the unit was torn out of the cabinet and left in the middle of my kitchen floor while the parts were ordered. When the repairman came back to install the new parts the unit was never bolted back into the cabinet so when you pull the compactor open to put the trash in the entire unit comes out of the cabinet. Also, it still doesn't work properly, it still gets stuck and makes a horrible screeching sound when it grinds down. Buyers Home Warranty has never answered one of my complaint letters to them, nor have they responded to the BBB which has given them an "F" rating. If your real estate company, escrow company or mortgage company tries to foist Buyers Home Warranty or Best Home Warranty Company off on you at closing do not let them. Find another company to contract your home warranty out to this one is really bad news, they simply don't care nor do their employees care, the one I spoke to told me she was doing me a favor trying to help me as it was after 4 PM and she was officially "off the clock". Some service, huh?
