The Fence Company ripoff, poor customer service, unprofessional, horrible workmanship, Liars Columbus

We had a fence installed through Home Depot who sub contracted The Fence Co. Two non english speaking men put it up in 8 hours not even stopping to pee as a result it is very sloppy.

There are sharp edges of nails feely hanging, a post literally nailed to our house, unlevel gates, bad bad cuts of wood, 2 by 4 where a post should be, no concrete where it should be... Looks worse than a home job!

Three weeks have gone by... There has been 3 no call no shows, I have called repeatedly, written 2 letters to corporate and S. Grener store, and reported it to the 1-800 number.

All they tell me is someone will call me within 7 MORE days!!! Ironically the number to "THE FENCE CO" just rings now no answer and all of a sudden no voice mail.

I want everyone to know DO NOT TRUST HOME DEPOT!!! Just because a company is well known does not make them safe!
