Ripoff Dishonest Poor workmenship Lazy imcomplete

We had recived a city grant to rehab our home of $22,500. All of it we have paid back.
The contractor failed to finish the job and what he did do was poor and not up to code and it remains that way today. I have been to court for this and have always lost.

Seems there is a conection to the city for they are all lieing in court. I do have all the proof in pictures and documents but i have found out that you really can't fight city hall. The state sent a private inspector that from his findings they conclued that there was apexaimly $11,000 dolars misused.

The redeloment department took $250.00 off the 22,000
i've been riped off and can prove it. It's plain to everyone that sees the pictures and letters. There has been a cover up but it still is what it is a ripoff.
