Ripoff returned an item and was refused a receipt NEVER able to contact them after repeated phone calls and faxes

This company first said that they were doing carpet cleaning for free to "promote their company" and said that if we were happy with their service that we would refer them to our friends. So after i let them in my house they started to do pitch their produc, which was a VERY sneaky way to get in my house. I ended up purchasing a cleaning system from them and then i had cancelled and they came and picked up the product. When i asked for a receipt they refused to give me one.

The next week i got a letter from the finance company telling me that my payments would be due. I called them and they said that they were never informed that i had cancelled. I tried calling c&j marketing SEVERAL times every single day and some faxes were sent. They never responded to me and i have been trying to contact them for almost 2 weeks now. I will never do business with them again. I think that i was ripped off. So they got their $1900.00 and i have no product. Beware
