Rip Off, Took the Money, Never Finished the Job, Won't Return Phone Calls

I have called Stone Images at least 20x over the last 2 months and this has essentially gone unanswered for that long. I have also sent 3 emails with no response. The work was started in November and is still not completed. It is now March.

Stone images needs to finish the work they started, in addition to cleaning up the yard, grading the yard where they dug it up, reparing the yard where their trucks tore it up, finish sealing the patio/walkway, in addition to replacing a window they broke, and addressing issues with the amount of money that was charged.

I have held up my end of the commitment, but it seems they cannot uphold theirs. I am in the process of seeking legal action as it seems to be the only way to have the remote possibility of them finishing the job.
