Ripoff

Called for "Ant" and "Rodent" service.

I was quoted a price for "Carpenter Ant Control" and mice control. Estimated cost $700.

When two men arrived they said it was not "Carpenter Ant's" gust other type, my charge would be discounted.

They said I had a section of "Duct" that had came loose from the under floor hanger and was lying on the ground and needed to be connected to the room vent.

I approved this, two men under home for LESS THEN (5) five minutes, no materials required, just put the Duck back in the hanger strap and slip it back on the room vent.

They stated I needed a spray mist ouner my home in the crawl space, some sort for Rodent Dropping air polutant thing.

They stated they would stay in the originall price range with the discounted "Carpenter Ant" cost reduction.

These (2) two men were at my home less then two hours.

I had to leave and told them my wife would "Settle Up" with them.

I checked my Credit Card statement and found I was charged the original $700, actuall Cost $746.69 and they had a secound invoice for "Five Minute" duck work for $324.30

Over one thousand dollars, called there billing department, sorry that is the charge and that is it, the charges stand.
