I mailed an order to Gardners' Choice for some flowering trees on 5/08 with a check for $22.47.
In July I received a yellow special advisory notice postmarked July 2 which stated that due to long-range forecasts for hot weather and little rain fall - They were going to keep my trees at the nursery and ship them out in mid Sept - mid October depending on the weather. "Do nothing and your order plus a free tree will be shipped promptly in time for fall planting".
Alas no trees arrived in the fall, but in fairness to gardners choice the weather was bad.
So I expected a shipment in the spring - No such luck. I have my cancelled check and the little yellow advisory notice for my $22.47 purchase.
