Ripoff, Sent wrong trees

I ordered 6 Royal Paulownia Trees, 2 where broken when they arrived. I planted them in my yard only to find out that they where not the trees I ordered. The trees in my yard look like elephant ears. The trees I orderd where suppose to be purple.
