What ever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off BIG TIME, they did me and my mother. I went with Reliant which I heard was better MUCH BETTER! Im disabled and home alone all day my bill for one month not running the heat or air was 250.00. My neighbor is also disabled with a 13 yr old home school and shes with TXU he bill was 143.00??? TXU reads our meters for direct energy and they suck! Beware!!!
