I am one of the many ripped off Jim Walters Customer. Signed a contract and gave them money Septemper 2004. Nothing has been done. Alway new people working for them. Recent show on news about them plus number of complaints to Rip Off it's time to do something. I am looking at trying to gather enough names to approah outr state reps. It is a long shot but as they say the squeky well get the grease. Thses people need their license suspended until the make right the jobs they already sold. I think the state need to stop them from selling more homes that they won't build until they do something about the ones we already paid for.
