Dan and nikki rogers are dishonest evil people who should NOT be trusted by anyone! We were going to purchase their home, and they took advantage of us and told us so many lies. The home ended up not appraising for the purchase price, so we were able to get out of the deal, without losing to much except 400 dollars and 2 months of our time. Being first time buyers, we were unaware that someone would be capable of doing such things, we learned the hard way, and will never let such a thing happen again, but do not do business with these dishonest, despicable, people, please.
