Advantage was a nightmare! Jay Knaso is the owner and he's a total prick!

I had furniture delivered from Atlanta to Seattle, WA April. They broke my dining table, dresser mirror, coffee table legs, etc.

When I contacted the company, Nikki told me to submit the photos and description. They stated they had insurance and would remedy the situation. After a month or no response, I called and "Nikki" claimed my paperwork had been lost and to resubmit it, which I did via courier.

Then, I called two weeks later and got the worse run around from Nikki and Jay (the owner) not only hung up on me, but put me on hold for 20 minutes when I called back.

My ex-boyfriend, who still resides in Atlanta, went to their office. He said Jay was a little, scary acting man who completely lied about how he and his company treated me. I filed a complaint with BBB; Advantage didn't respond and still haven't done ANYTHING to compensate the damage of my just purchased furniture.

F*CK Jay Knaso, Nikki "whomever" and ANYONE that dare work for such a shady company.

What goes around comes around and believe, Advantage will see there's soon enough!!!
