Those investors promised to buy our home "AS it is" and after holding our contract asking for extensions for more than three months for no reason, now they are backing off.
Now, he is threating us of instituting litigation if we don't refund his deposit.

He also claim that he will file a Lis Pendes on our property. We served a Time of Essence Letter extending closing from December 8th to January 3.
