Excessive Noise

Just as any nightclub is loud, so is whisper. Yet, whisper is not just loud, it is extremely loud. It is reasonable for a nightclub to be noisy on the weekend, but I feel it is unreasonable for a club such as whisper to be so noisy that residents who live as far as a block away and 24 stories high can still hear the pulsating music of the club through their floorboards till whisper's closing time at 3 in the morning. I do not feel it is fair that residents of Rittenhouse must suffer from lack of sleep over a noise volume that can be lowered a little bit. Despite the fact it is the weekend, some people still have to work.
