RIPOFF Did not complete siding job, installation iis falling off of the home

This company installed siding on my home, and failed to install an entire 10" by 3" section. They have ignored my requests that they come back and complete the job, and have instead stated that "The wife signed off on the job." Note: I did not notice the error until a month later, because it is an area up near the roof. I assumed that they just missed it, as did we, but now they are claiming that since my wife signed off on it, they do not have to address it. Unfortunatly - the contract was careful to include both mine and my wife's signature, and the signing off should too. I did not sign off. The siding bares a lifetime warranty, and some of the molding is already coming off, and it has not even been a year, since the job was started. No response from Viplex on that issue, either. They also removed parts from my electrical meter panel, and SCE red tagged and shut off my power for 6 days. VIPLEX refuses to be responible for the losses incurred for those days, even though SCE found in their investuigation that the powere was shut down as a result of the parts removed by VIPLEX, and not restored.
