Ripoff

This company contacted me in mid August, and stated that I was guaranteed a 4,000 credit card but could get a 5,000 credit card. They stated that I was guarenteed to get this if I gave them $249.95. I have been scammed before so I asked about a thousand questions to make sure that I was not being defrauded, and even stopped the lady twice during the taped recording of ordering their services.

My husband and I had just opened our own business and with my two little girls getting ready to start school, I really needed a break like this to be able to afford their school clothes and equipment for our shop! So I said yes and proceeded! I mean if you get 5,000 for 250, why not!

Needless to say, I think I have been defrauded as well! I can not believe this! I called the 800 number that the bank gave me from my account transaction, so I called. The lady I spoke with said that they had mailed "their package" out to me on the 7th of September and I should be recieving it shortly, which I recieved today! I asked the lady if I were guarenteed to get this card, because I was scared of being ripped of again, and she said to send in the signature page to recieve the card!

I asked her again, "Am I guarenteed to get this, a 5,000 credit card? And she said, "yes you are guarenteed to get the card, but I cannot promise that it will be 5,000!" I then said to her that the lady that I had initially spoken with had guarenteed me over and over that without a doubt I would recieve this card for at least 4,000 if not 5,000!

So again, I was scared that I had again gotten ripped of. I kept on asking questions and catching the inital lady in a bunch of lies. So I got off of the phone and called my bank. Guess what they said, that since I had given these people my account info and had authorized them to take this out, that they can do nothing to help me! They will not get my money back.

If I were not completely broke because of depending on this card, I would go to this NEW address of these people and really do some Tennessee redneck hunting, and they would never do this to anyone again! This was our last bit of money that I sacrificed to get this card so that we would be ok! If we would have gotten this card, I would not have had to move out of my home, into my business which I have no shower in, nor would I be behind on every bill that I have! Because of my despairity, I have once again gotten ripped! Once shame on you, twice shame on me, now I am pissed!

Thank you so much Premier health care, for getting my hopes up that this would bring us out of a hole that we have been in for 2 years! And now we are screwed! I hope someone can get to these people and stop them!!!
