Ripoff liars

I ordered a singerlazer from a tv infomercial. After 6 weeks I called back when I didn't get it. The woman I spoke to said the vacums were back ordered and it would be 3 more weeks. I waited another six weeks and nothing. I called back again and she said that the lazer had been discontinued. I then asked for a refund of $206.85. To this day I have not seen anything. I went to my credit card bank that I charged it on and explained this all to them. The credit card company asked for a copy of my statement and a letter of the situation. I just mailed it a few days ago. I can only hope that they will press charges of fraud so this will not happen to anyone else. Better yet, get my money back.
