I went into Kessler home furnishing on 08-08-05 & ordered 1 cocktail table w/matching end table, paid in full $222.13 & was told would take 8-16 weeks for order to come in @which point they would contact me via home cell or work# all which were provided to Kessler @initial purchase. Today is 12-04-05 & I have tried numerous times to contact my sales rep that sold me the merchandise & each time I call I get another excuse when tried to have another person take care of this issue I keep getting the run around, I requested to talk with the area manager & was advised would be contacted. A man had called left a message on my voicemail apolgizing that the merchandise had still not come in, & was told upon another purchase would give a discount which is now 12-04 & I still have no tables in my new home in which I purchased in August when I ordered them.
