Tip Top Roofing
Stole from me and lied about it

I believe Mr. Steve Kessler (owner) stole about 12 square of shingles and felt from me, charged me labor to install these materials, bragged about it to a fellow contractor, and then lied to me when I called him on it. He also did not strip the old shingles off several roof sections and did not install step flashing, all of which he charged me for.

The fellow contractor mentioned above contacted me with his story and provided names of his employees that had helped RIP OFF, I mean Tip Top Roofing, on my job. I then had my roof independently measured and interviewed the employee who helped load the materials into Tip Top's truck. I also inspected my roof and took digital pictures of the old shingles and lack of step flashing.

With my information, I attempted to contact Mr. Steve Kessler. I left over 10 messages on his cell phone, and business phone. He never returned my calls. I once was able to speak to his wife who assured me Mr. Kessler had tried to call me but "the line was busy", another lie!

Based on my experience, Steve Kessler of Tip Top Roofing is a liar and a thief and you should avoid him like the plague!!
