Did not honor warranty or quality

We purchased $4000 worth of furniture from Sofa Express, two couches a love seat an two chairs in January.in my eyes, a pretty nice order. The set for our family room was their best goose down filled furniture.

Our problems began with them bringing us only part of our order. When weeks late they brought the balance it was cracked and filled with wood putty, which they say is normal.??? Then within weeks our pillows began to shift inside their covers. Also the skirt on the couch was twisted and di not lay flat. Of course, they claimed there was nothing that could be done. As time went on we got more and more upset and called again.

Another person came out and he never even got back to us. We bagan our corporate calls to complain, first to Kendra Tippy manager in Customer Service and after getting no where then to Linda Lawson manager of complaint department who handles customer complaints. She finally called back and said they would repair the couch and the 6 pillows and would be at our home between 1-5. Guess what, they never showed. DO NOT BUY FROM SOFA EXPRESS.

I intend to contact the attorney general and hire an attorney to sue!
