I ordered my Singer Lazer Storm vac on June 17, buy one get one for shipping cost only with the free steamer, I bought the attachments for the steamer.
This was three easy payments first one being $116.95 then two more of $39.95

To make a long story short, it is October 6, I have yet to receive my order, I have called all of these telephone numbers 1-800-716-8667 Customer care line, 1-877-363-3745 Hotline help, 1-800-711-8357 on my checking acct summary and the order line at 1-800-318-5757 after getting lied to twice from the hotline number and only getting automated messages on one and the telephone just rings and disconnects on the other one and two letters to the company I still do not have my order. I want a refund and they have really burnt me on ordering anything off of TV ever again.
