I used rent.com in my search for rental propery in Florida. They promisse reward of a $100 if you finalize the lease from their listing. I finalized my lease more than 6 months ago.initially they gave me run aroud saying that they must confirm with lanldord Etc. For last couple of months no one picks up the phone and no one returns my messages. It is deffinatelly a scam. My goal is to make other people aware of it, so thay don't waste time with rent.com
