Two years ago we rented a property from the Advantage Property, we agree to pay $900 per months, this year they decite it to raise the rent up to $1100, but I refused to sign the lease, so they invected out for refusing to pay rent, which is not true, I do not refuse to pay rent for $900, bu I refuse to pay $1100, and renew the lease, so they put it on my report I refuse to pay rent, and I think that is not right, because thats not the truth, and cant controll what they write down.

I think this is a big time rip off.

They stol the X-mas from my children (grinch realty stiling x-mas)
